We have had a crazy few weeks!! Let's start with Memorial Day Weekend. We went down to Houston to visit Jake's parents. We haven't seen them since Christmas so it was great to spend time with them and use their pool! We celebrated Jake's 31st birthday on Friday night and Saturday was our anniversary. I can't believe we have been married for 6 years! We went out for a great (and free...thank you Hendee family and Taste of Texas) dinner while Mia and GP (yes those are the grandparent names for Jake's parents) babysat.
Last weekend we went out to Nacogdoches to see my family. My cousin graduated from high school and my grandparents were visiting them from Pittsburgh. It was great to see them and for Sawyer to see his great-grandparents!!
This weekend Mimi is here from Pittsburgh!! I have not seen her since October 2009 and Sawyer was only 4 months old the last time they saw each other. They have been having a lot of fun playing with trains and reading books on her Nook. This afternoon we are going to go to lunch and do some shopping! Tomorrow is soccer and his 2 year pictures.
And then on Friday we leave to go to Houston again and then Saturday morning it is off to the beach!! Can't wait for Sawyer to spend time with his cousin Ryan! Those two are going to be hilarious together. Sawyer is going to have a beach birthday party too!
